AiV, an AI vision company focused on manufacturing environments, is driving innovation in AI inspection through the integration of its AI platforms. The integrated pipeline between AiV’s two core platforms, AiVOps and AiVData, operates as a unified ecosystem that automates AI model training, deployment, and operations.
AiV announced on the 18th that the integration functionality between its AI model operations platform ‘AiVOps’ and data platform ‘AiVData’ has reduced AI inspection model deployment time by more than 10 hours compared to previous processes and improved operational efficiency by more than 4x. This improvement was achieved by automating previously complex processes such as data transfer, uploading, and classification.
Previously, AI inspection deployment required significant manual work, including reviewing field data, extracting training datasets, transferring data to servers via external storage devices, classifying defective and normal samples, and uploading datasets. However, with the integration of the two platforms, these processes have been automated, enabling a one-stop workflow from data transfer to AI model training and deployment.
AiVData is an industrial data management and analytics platform that automatically preprocesses, classifies, and manages large-scale manufacturing data collected from production sites. AiVOps is an MLOps platform responsible for AI inspection model training, deployment, and performance monitoring. Through this integration, the data pipeline and model operations process have been connected into a continuous workflow, significantly improving the reliability and speed of AI model management.
AiV stated that this integration represents more than a simple efficiency improvement, as it enhances the quality and stability of AI model operations. The company added that its goal is to provide an environment where customers can quickly adopt AI inspection technologies and operate them reliably in real manufacturing environments.
Starting with this integration capability, AiV plans to continue expanding AI inspection automation and standardizing industrial AI based on MLOps. The company also aims to accelerate Intelligent Transformation in manufacturing environments through its “AiV AI Ecosystem” framework, which integrates the entire process from data pipelines to AI model operations.
