AiV Supplies Deep Learning Inspection Solution to Myunghwa Industry

AiV announced that it has successfully supplied its deep learning inspection solution for the input shaft manufacturing process at Myunghwa Industry's Dunpo Plant, a leading automotive parts manufacturer.

AiV's deep learning inspection solution successfully detects all types of irregular surface defects on input shafts—including long and short shaft sections, stepped areas, sealing surfaces, holes, dents, foreign materials, chips, and other cosmetic defects—with higher accuracy than conventional human visual inspection by leveraging advanced deep learning algorithms.

In addition to its proprietary AI neural network developed specifically for industrial inspection, AiV possesses core technologies in machine vision hardware design and optical engineering. Both hardware and software modules developed by the company are seamlessly integrated and operated through AiV's flexible vision and equipment control platform.
