AiV Receives Grand Prize for Outstanding Employment Practices

AiV has been awarded the Grand Prize at the Good Employment Company Awards, hosted by the Korea Growth Investment Corporation (Korea Growth Finance) and the Banks Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs (D.CAMP).

The Good Employment Company Awards recognize companies that demonstrate excellence in creating stable employment opportunities, promoting work-life balance, providing outstanding employee welfare and benefits, and supporting professional development. A total of 116 companies participated in the evaluation, with only seven companies selected to receive awards.

AiV, which received the Grand Prize, is a portfolio company of the WE Jobs Fund I, a fund financed by Korea Growth Investment Corporation and managed by WE Ventures. Since its establishment, the company has consistently created high-quality jobs, achieving an impressive 220% employment growth rate in 2022. At the same time, AiV has maintained an exceptional employee retention rate—with voluntary turnover remaining close to zero—by fostering a flexible corporate culture that emphasizes work-life balance, autonomy, and employee well-being.
