The Gunpo Technical Center is an expanded facility approximately three times larger than the previous Suwon Technical Center. It houses key technical organizations, including Equipment Manufacturing, Field Engineering, Procurement, Optics, Mechatronics, and Electronics teams, enabling integrated operations across development, manufacturing, and field deployment.

This expansion is part of AIVEX’s strategy to strengthen its technological foundation for realizing complete physical AI solutions applicable to real-world industrial environments by combining AI model capabilities with mechatronics-based hardware expertise. Through the Technical Center, AIVEX plans to further enhance its integrated capabilities across AI robotics testing and validation, equipment design and manufacturing, and on-site implementation required for AI vision inspection and AI robotics systems, accelerating intelligence and automation across industrial sites.

AIVEX provides a product portfolio covering key areas of industrial physical AI, including AI inspection, AI robotics, and AI operation platforms: AIVision, AIVot, AIVOps, and AIVData.

In particular, AIVEX possesses all five core technology stacks required for physical AI based on manufacturing image data: Sensing, AI Model, Mechatronics, Motion & Vision Execution/Control, and AI Operation. By integrating these capabilities, AIVEX enables AI not only to perceive and make decisions in industrial environments but also to translate those decisions into actual equipment operations and robotic actions.

“Physical AI requires not only high-performing AI models but also the hardware and execution technologies needed to deploy them in real-world environments,” said Minsoo Sung, CEO of AIVEX. “Through the expansion of our Technical Center, we will further strengthen our competitiveness as an industrial physical AI platform that integrates AI and hardware.”
